Volunteer Forms
All school volunteers must fill out a CORI form, before they
are allowed to volunteer. Please download the form, below, and return
the completed form, along with a copy of your driver's license, to the
school office. Please allow two weeks, before you wish to volunteer, for
the CORI to be processed. The CORI is valid for three
years.

Under federal and state special education regulations, Needham Public Schools has a duty to locate, identify, refer, evaluate and, if eligible, provide a free, appropriate public education to students with disabilities who reside in the town of Needham. For parents or guardians of children ages 3-21 years of age, who are suspected of having a disability, and who would like more information, please contact the Special Education Office at 781-455-0400 x11233 or your child’s home school:
