The Eldecott Medal
Eliot's Yearly Mock Caldecott
Each year the students at the John Eliot School complete a unit of study about the Caldecott Medal. This unit includes a mock Caldecott where we evaluate a selection of picture books published in the current year and hold an election to choose the "most distinguished picture book illustrations" of the year. We have named our school award the "Eldecott Medal." Click on this link to view our winner and honor books each year.
